Requirements

  • Practical, several years of professional experience in telesales and the staffing/recruitment industry
  • Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented approach
  • Passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships
  • Desire to help shape and grow a company
  • Team player with the ability to organize your daily work independently
  • Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
