About the role

  • Assistant Manager – Sales Enablement for Ness Digital Engineering. Managing proposals, pricing, and stakeholder relationships in the Software Services Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop trusted relationships with sales/engineering teams
  • Manage end-to-end & timely delivery of global RFP/RFI/RFQ
  • Manage pricing process and consolidate resource loading
  • Translate proposals into Statements of Work
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure all teams are represented
  • Drive pre-kick-off meetings
  • Create, review, consolidate & submit proposals
  • Support delivery of presentations & demos
  • Track win/loss and conduct analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of overall professional work experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detailed experience in the Software Services Industry
  • Strong project, process management and reporting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial constructs and risk/cost mitigation
