  • Director of Operations overseeing service quality strategies and operations improvement at Western Union. Leading team in LACA region and collaborating with senior leadership on business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Directing the execution and management of operations strategies designed to improve service quality
  • Implement new processes and improve cost effectiveness
  • Drive continuous process improvements across Agent Operations
  • Engage with Global Heads of various departments to communicate LACA needs
  • Lead the operations team in LACA region
  • Partner with Senior leadership to align operations and business goals
  • Represent and advocate in Corporate Forums and Projects
  • Responsible for ensuring efficiency and quality goals are met for all products

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise : Bring 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proven leadership that inspires
  • Project & Operations Mastery
  • Digital expertise with Hands-on Digital Operations Experience
  • Exceptional Communicator
  • Big-Picture Perspective
  • Language Skills: English proficiency is essential.
