About the role

  • Recruitment Assistant supporting Wasrecruiter's recruitment team using technology and human sensitivity. Responsible for managing client needs and candidate evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' needs
  • Gather job requirements
  • Track the progress of recruitment processes
  • Manage communication with candidates and employees
  • Update performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment processes
  • Support sourcing of profiles and assist with candidate assessments
  • Perform process follow-ups using Werecruiter's systems, technologies and methodologies
  • Assess candidates through interviews and tests

Requirements

  • Experience working with process/task management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology (completed or in progress)
  • Experience in recruitment and selection
  • Experience in software/systems companies
  • Experience recruiting for technology roles
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
