About the role

  • International Sales Manager managing relationships with international sales branches for wenglor sensoric. Collaborating on Industry 4.0 strategies and overseeing sales structures in a growing market.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the interface between wenglor headquarters in Tettnang and the assigned international sales subsidiaries
  • Work closely with the country managers of the sales subsidiaries
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring the wenglor sales structure and for expanding the network
  • Implement sales and distribution strategies and contribute to their strategic development
  • Provide regular on-site support to the sales subsidiaries and to our customers, including at trade fairs

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in field sales
  • Completed degree in engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, knowledge of sensor technology products
  • Persuasive, outgoing and sociable personality with strong organizational skills
  • Business-fluent English
  • High willingness to travel
