About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for expanding Wemolo's presence in Italy and acquiring new customers. Driving B2B growth and managing sales pipelines for digital parking management.

Responsibilities

  • You support the expansion of our brand in Italy and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city.
  • You are responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Italy with the goal of winning them, including future key accounts and generating sustainable revenue growth.
  • You develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments.
  • Using CRM tools and data-driven analyses, you always keep track of your sales pipeline and KPIs.
  • You continuously track your weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and report them to the Country Manager.
  • You work closely with colleagues from Product Development, Sales Development, and Operations to continuously advance Wemolo.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a university degree and bring relevant professional experience, ideally in sales.
  • You have already gained 3–5 years of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding your targets. You impress with your hunter mentality and successfully close negotiations.
  • You work goal-oriented, independently, and in a structured manner.
  • You speak Italian at C2 level and have very good English skills.
  • You have a valid Class B driver’s license.
  • You are highly willing to travel within Italy to optimally develop and manage your accounts. Besides that, you’ll be willing to attend regular meetings at the Munich office.
