Requirements
Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree.
Sales experience: You have gained initial professional experience in a sales-related role (Sales Development, Inside Sales, Sales Assistant).
Communication skills: You are highly motivated, an effective communicator, and present yourself with confidence and reliability.
Determination: You are organized, set the right priorities and work in a very structured way.
Initiative: You are an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on mentality and are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Language skills: You speak Swiss German and business-fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
