About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Through targeted, confident communication you establish contact with potential customers by phone, email or via LinkedIn, present our products and services, and generate interest.
  • Market analysis: You research and analyze the Swiss market to identify prospective customers.
  • Networking: You develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously grow your network.
  • Stakeholder management: You maintain relationships with prospects, answer their questions, provide additional information, and build trust.
  • Company growth: You make a significant contribution to Wemolo's growth, success and market penetration.

Requirements

  • Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree.
  • Sales experience: You have gained initial professional experience in a sales-related role (Sales Development, Inside Sales, Sales Assistant).
  • Communication skills: You are highly motivated, an effective communicator, and present yourself with confidence and reliability.
  • Determination: You are organized, set the right priorities and work in a very structured way.
  • Initiative: You are an enthusiastic team player with a hands-on mentality and are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • Language skills: You speak Swiss German and business-fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
