Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer’s needs, validate their information, and prepare them for a licensed agent.
  • Speak with inbound leads and confirm intent, budget, and timeline
  • Validate and update customer information including household, vehicle, and property details
  • Collect missing information required for quoting and underwriting
  • Use internal tools to determine the appropriate next step for each lead
  • Transfer qualified customers to licensed sales agents

Requirements

  • Strong communicators who are motivated to build a career in sales
  • Love talking to customers and building rapport quickly
  • Competitive and motivated by performance and growth opportunities
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with high customer interaction
  • Pay close attention to details and follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or high-volume customer interactions is helpful but not required.
