About the role

  • Outbound-focused SDR who uses tools like LinkedIn, Similarweb and AI to generate and qualify leads. Works closely with the international sales team to schedule meetings and meet prospecting KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings with relevant companies or contacts.
  • Demonstrate persistence in pursuing outreach opportunities.
  • Prospect for new clients using outreach tools such as LinkedIn, Similarweb and other AI tools.
  • Make initial outreach calls to prospects.
  • Gather preliminary information about prospects and provide a high-level overview of our product offering.
  • Research new customers and industry verticals as directed.
  • Manage prospects within our systems and update notes accordingly.
  • Participate in sales meetings with international sales representatives or the International Sales Manager.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product offering and the payments industry.
  • Become familiar with the sales process, including pricing structures and fees.
  • Meet prospecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus to support growth in South America and Latin America.
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend trade shows and conferences in the future.
  • Previous sales experience in the fintech sector is an asset.
