About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating new business opportunities for Localiza's PJ solutions through active outreach. Focused on understanding client needs and leading pre-sale strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the generation of new business opportunities for all of Localiza's PJ (corporate) solutions
  • Qualify and perform the initial outreach to leads through active prospecting (phone, WhatsApp and email)
  • Understand leads' needs in a consultative manner, identifying demands that can be addressed by multiple corporate mobility solutions from Localiza
  • Conduct strategic pre-sales activities to spark leads' interest and prepare them for the commercial approach
  • Update CRM systems (Salesforce and Sales Cloud) with relevant information gathered during interactions with leads
  • Support the sales team with strategic insights about leads and their specific needs
  • Operate in compliance with legal requirements and the company's internal policies
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of the information handled
  • Achieve the targets established in the current Management Agreement.
