About the role

  • Sales Development Representative handling phone and event-based customer acquisition for Mozaik's video platform. Engaging with leads and ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound phone outreach — you pick up the phone and initiate conversations
  • Presence at events — trade shows, conferences, networking
  • Hands-on new customer acquisition via phone, LinkedIn & email
  • Qualify leads and hand them over cleanly to Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a pipeline and deliver consistently

Requirements

  • Very good German skills, confident English
  • Structured approach & personal responsibility
  • Basic understanding of digital tools
  • Initial experience in sales / customer contact / acquisition is an advantage
