Responsibilities
You are the first point of customer contact, identify potential and create impact
Hunting & outreach – find the right contact, build relationships and introduce our product
Pipeline builder – spot exciting business opportunities and qualify leads
Challenger mindset – understand the target group’s challenges and offer solutions
Smart sales tech – use modern tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
Insights from customer conversations help us improve
Work closely with our Account Executives to convert leads
Requirements
Ideally 1–2 years in a sales role at a SaaS company, a startup, or an agile tech/e‑commerce environment
Hunger for growth and challenges
Structured and analytical way of working; data-driven
Initial experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs)
Strong communication skills: persuasive and persistent without being pushy
Team-player mindset
Able to communicate in German at an expert level (C2) and in English at least B2
