About the role

  • Junior Account Executive managing the sales cycle for Wemolo's innovative parking management technology. Engaging new clients and developing customer relationships to boost revenue.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from the first point of contact through persuasive presentations to closing contracts.
  • You excite new customers, win key accounts over time, and contribute sustainably to revenue growth.
  • You deliver presentations and negotiate with stakeholders at all management levels, maintain long-term customer relationships, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You qualify leads effectively, prioritize them based on data, and build a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline.
  • You keep your targets in focus, analyze your pipeline, and continuously optimize your sales strategies to find the best solutions for our customers.
  • You work closely with colleagues across departments to continuously develop Wemolo.

Requirements

  • You have already gained initial experience in B2B sales
  • You are structured and analytical: you make data-driven decisions and focus on quality and excellence
  • Performance-driven: you are ambitious and passionate about fast growth in a dynamic environment
  • You are a strong communicator: you have a confident personal presence and the ambition to master Wemolo’s technology
  • Language skills: you have C1-level German and speak fluent English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Mobility: you hold a valid Class B driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly within Germany (approx. 10–20%)
