About the role

  • Senior Account Director managing key accounts at Daniels Health & Sharpsmart. Focused on driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction across IDN partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales strategy and execution for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional service, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing client retention.
  • Create tailored strategies for each account, focusing on long-term relationship building and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals, ensuring collaboration and high performance in achieving regional and team sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met, challenges are addressed, and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets, leveraging deep industry knowledge and client insights.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure continued success.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting the company's brand and building relationships with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an effective sales team
  • Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all our products and services and to compare their performance with competitive products
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning and execution, with a focus on consultative selling and long-term value creation.
  • Proven success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
