About the role

  • Account Executive promoting SHIELD colorectal cancer blood test to healthcare providers. Collaborating with sales leadership to drive early detection of cancer and improve patient outcomes in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Promote the SHIELD colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers in the primary care setting
  • Achieve sales targets consistently
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
  • Educate and support providers with product knowledge and training
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster collaborations
  • Monitor competitive landscape and report insights to leadership
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in the healthcare industry (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales)
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in the healthcare industry and direct clinical experience in a patient care environment, as a registered nurse or a physician assistant
  • Experience with diagnostic products, particularly blood-based testing or cancer screening products
  • Familiarity with the primary care landscape in your assigned territory
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations, overcoming objections and aligning client needs with product offerings.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing product launches in the healthcare or diagnostic space
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
  • Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
