Responsibilities
You are the central driver for data-driven decision-making, efficient processes, and cross-functional collaboration within the Commercial Department.
Together with your team, you develop the technological and process foundations that make our go-to-market strategy successful.
Your leadership style inspires and builds trust—both within the team and among stakeholders.
Through targeted process optimizations and automations across the entire sales funnel, you enable efficient working.
You are responsible for building and continuously optimizing our lead engine.
You are responsible for the infrastructure of our commercial tools: from CRM (Salesforce) and BI (Metabase) to automation platforms (Make).
You design relevant KPIs, develop dashboards, and deliver data-driven analyses.
Requirements
You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a fast-paced start-up, scale-up, or consulting environment.
You have a deep understanding of sales structures, go-to-market models, and data-driven management, e.g., through relevant experience in B2B sales.
You have previously led teams in a disciplinary capacity, developed them effectively, and know how to create an environment of ownership and excellence.
You are a leader with clarity, empathy, and strong execution skills.
You analyze complex issues quickly and methodically, derive strategic conclusions, and make well-founded, fact-based, impact-oriented decisions.
You bring solid experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau), and automation solutions (e.g., Make, Zapier).
You are characterized by strong stakeholder orientation and project management expertise.
You communicate in German at C2 level and are business-fluent in English, both written and spoken.
