Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 12 professionals
Provide team leadership and subject matter expertise to the NHCO team
Identify, define and lead process improvement initiatives
Lead control execution activities for NHCO processes
Collaborate with the wider Staffing Shared Services team on transformation activities
Work on internal HR information systems to improve operational efficiency
Liaise with contracted vendors for service delivery
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team deliverables
Develop and maintain operational performance analytics
Requirements
4+ years of Human Resources operations experience
2+ years in a team leading role with expertise in supervising and coaching team members
Hands-on experience with HR and onboarding platforms (ServiceNow, Workday)
Experience in a global, matrixed environment
Ability to interpret, develop, and implement guidelines and procedures
Strong collaboration skills
Demonstrated capability in mentoring and guiding talent development
