  • Overall end to end responsibility for HR generalist matters for 200+ employees
  • Proactively contribute to HR strategy and organizational evolution
  • Act as coach and advisor to people managers and senior leaders
  • Support talent management and recruitment efforts
  • Manage compliance with HR policies and budgetary constraints

Requirements

  • Senior HRBP with experience in HR generalist matters
  • Knowledge of UK Labour Law
  • Experience with employee relations
  • Skilled in HR analytics and reporting
  • Ability to manage fixed costs
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to develop strategic HR practices
