About the role

  • Key Account Manager for Wella Company leading online sales strategies across Benelux. Building partnerships with strategic retailers to enhance brand presence and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop partnerships with our key e-tailers and retailers;
  • Full P&L responsibility, from gross sales to net income, driving both growth and profitability;
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts;
  • Manage customer co-op and trade budgets, reporting to Finance, and maximize ROI on marketing and promotional investments;
  • Plan and manage customer activations and campaigns aligned with brand strategy, in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate joint business plans to optimize trade spend and maximize sales;
  • Improve conversion rates and brand experience on customer platforms, working closely with the trade marketing team;
  • Align with customers to share performance and behavioral data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on weekly/monthly results.
  • Deliver growth objectives for these strategic customers;
  • Strengthen our market share and outperform competition;
  • Contribute to the ambitious goals of the End Consumer Channel Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
  • 2–3 years of experience in (online) Key Account Management;
  • Proven experience in developing customer strategies with strong commercial acumen;
  • Strong track record in building relationships and influencing stakeholders;
  • Competitive, sales- and target-driven mindset;
  • Clear and collaborative communicator;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Decisive, able to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and eagerness to deepen your expertise;
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative with a hands-on, pragmatic approach;
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
