Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships that support organizational goals
Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders and coordinate collaborative initiatives
Ensure partnership activities align with the organization's mission and growth strategies
Drive business through strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness and disrupt the nail category
Source and evaluate potential partners and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
Assist in developing partnership proposals, agreements, and contracts
Serve as the secondary contact for partners ensuring high-quality support
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Track deal terms, timelines, deliverables, and compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to implement partnership initiatives
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and partnership opportunities
Prepare reports for leadership on partnership performance
Requirements
3+ years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships and business development
Working knowledge of contract development and partnership agreements, intellectual properties, and licensing best practices
Experience collaborating with diverse teams both externally and internally
Experience in strategic partnership marketing in entertainment, beauty, and/or fashion a plus
Familiarity with consumer behavior trends and pop culture
Strong analytical skills and digitally savvy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Negotiation and presentation skills
Comfort working independently and collaboratively across teams
Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)
