Key Account Manager responsible for growing and developing APG customer accounts through up-selling and cross-selling of products. Collaborate with departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Responsibilities
Focus on growing and developing existing accounts, through the up-selling and cross-selling of APG products
Be responsible for both a growth and new business target.
Take ownership of and manage tender processes, as well as requests for quotations for current customers, in collaboration with relevant departments and management team
Oversee the onboarding of new products for current customers and new customers (where required)
Provide guidance to the Customer Service Team to ensure that they are meeting the customer’s needs, acting as an escalation point for the customer.
Liaise with all other relevant internal Departments to ensure that all customer deadlines and requirements are met.
Requirements
Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales (advantageous)
Comfortable presenting business reviews
CRM experience preferred
A positive, pro-active, go-get-um attitude

Strong Account Management, interpersonal and relationship building skills

Highly self-motivated
