Responsibilities
Coordinating maintenance and repair requests from our venue leadership teams
Organizing and tracking vendor requests and maintenance tickets
Helping maintain a company-wide calendar of construction projects and repairs
Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up for construction projects
Tracking maintenance work and project progress across all venues
Handling incoming calls and communications with professionalism and urgency
Processing invoices and coordinating with the Accounting team for timely payments
Scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and appointments for senior leadership
Supporting additional projects and administrative needs as they arise
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of administrative experience
Experience in construction, facilities, or a similar industry is a plus
Basic familiarity with construction processes or blueprints preferred
