Responsibilities
Management of payments, including receipt of invoices and tax documents, opening and tracking support tickets, and updating suppliers on payment dates.
Registration of suppliers and service providers.
Regular monitoring, control, and updating of the branding department's budget.
Effective communication and collaboration with Finance, Budget, Travel, Operations, and Tax teams to resolve payment- and expense-related issues.
Obtaining manager approval for budgets and expenditures.
Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, meals, ground transportation, and travel insurance).
Expense reporting and reconciliation.
Reimbursement requests.
Liaison with IT.
Requirements
Degree or training in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related areas;
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a marketing environment or similar.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments and hierarchical levels.
Practical knowledge of order management systems and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
High school diploma required; a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Intermediate English (reading and writing required).
