Responsibilities
Brindar soporte integral a nuestros clientes en todos los canales.
Resolver consultas con foco en calidad y tiempos de respuesta.
Cumplir los objetivos del área y promover mejoras continuas para optimizar la experiencia.
Ofrecer soporte sobre cómo funcionan los productos a nuestros clientes.
Cumplir con los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos en la atención de nuestros clientes.
Gestionar las consultas de nuestros clientes en las distintas plataformas administrativas.
Requirements
Experiencia mayor a un año en atención al cliente.
Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
Muy buen nivel de comunicación, oral y escrita.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes full time presencial en Montevideo.
Se valorará conocimientos en metodologías ágiles, como por ejemplo Scrum Framework.
Proactividad en la resolución de problemas.
Dinámicas, orientadas a los detalles, con buena capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
