Responsibilities
Customer communication and service: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit an assignment to us
Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
Assist in valuing properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
Review documentation and, using your developing expertise and applicable valuation methods, determine the actual value of a property
Support the preparation of appraisal reports, analyzing all relevant factors of a property
You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused demeanor
Coordination skills: able to handle multiple inquiries, clients, and topics simultaneously
Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
Alternatively (for junior candidates): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
Structured and analytical working style, with a strong commitment to quality
Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
