About the role

Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and vet qualified candidates for events and campaigns
- Meet all assigned staffing deadlines and maintain a 95% show rate
- Manage event-day logistics, including staff check-ins, replacements, and issue escalation
- Provide real-time updates to Account Managers on staffing activity and onsite performance
- Partner with Payroll and HR to confirm completion of all required onboarding documentation
- Escalate staffing or campaign concerns to Account Managers as needed
- Maintain proactive staffing strategies and utilize backup talent pools for no-shows or cancellations
- Update field staff hours in 1CRM daily to ensure accuracy
- Build strong relationships with field teams and client contacts
- Adapt to shifting priorities to ensure all client and internal deliverables are met on time
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume staffing environment
- Background in experiential staffing (events, activations, or promotions) preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience using staffing or project management systems such as 1CRM, Asana, or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and improve performance
