Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and vet qualified candidates for events and campaigns
Meet all assigned staffing deadlines and maintain a 95% show rate
Manage event-day logistics, including staff check-ins, replacements, and issue escalation
Provide real-time updates to Account Managers on staffing activity and onsite performance
Partner with Payroll and HR to confirm completion of all required onboarding documentation
Escalate staffing or campaign concerns to Account Managers as needed
Maintain proactive staffing strategies and utilize backup talent pools for no-shows or cancellations
Update field staff hours in 1CRM daily to ensure accuracy
Build strong relationships with field teams and client contacts
Adapt to shifting priorities to ensure all client and internal deliverables are met on time
Requirements
High School Diploma required
2–3 years of experience in a high-volume staffing environment
Background in experiential staffing (events, activations, or promotions) preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Experience using staffing or project management systems such as 1CRM, Asana, or Salesforce
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and improve performance
