Responsibilities
You will screen applications and moderate interviews as part of the selection process for our working students, interns and students writing final theses.
You will support working students, interns and thesis writers thereafter as a point of contact and trusted advisor.
You will identify and promote their strengths in project assignments and work with the students to develop opportunities for further development.
You will organize and moderate onboarding events to network working students and support their integration into the company.
You will actively contribute to community management by organizing and moderating various event formats for working students, thereby promoting networking among them.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program in (business) psychology, economics, communications, or a comparable field.
You have fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
You have an empathetic, approachable demeanor and an open, outgoing personality.
You work independently and in a structured manner.
Your profile is rounded off by teamwork, strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
