About the role

  • Werkstudent in Recruiting & HR focusing on student management in a hybrid working environment at a digital banking partner.

Responsibilities

  • You will screen applications and moderate interviews as part of the selection process for our working students, interns and students writing final theses.
  • You will support working students, interns and thesis writers thereafter as a point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • You will identify and promote their strengths in project assignments and work with the students to develop opportunities for further development.
  • You will organize and moderate onboarding events to network working students and support their integration into the company.
  • You will actively contribute to community management by organizing and moderating various event formats for working students, thereby promoting networking among them.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in (business) psychology, economics, communications, or a comparable field.
  • You have fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • You have an empathetic, approachable demeanor and an open, outgoing personality.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Your profile is rounded off by teamwork, strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
