About the role

  • Presales Consultant designing tailored IT solutions for Wanstor, delivering technical presentations and collaborating with sales teams. Join a passionate technology team striving for excellence in IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagement by working with Account Managers to understand business objectives, technical environments and requirements.
  • Design tailored IT solutions using the company’s full portfolio (End User Support, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, AI and Transformation services).
  • Deliver impactful technical presentations, demonstrations and proof-of-value, supporting bids, RFPs and tenders with commercially aligned proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales, architecture and delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, profitable and aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, capturing lessons learned, and staying current with emerging technologies and partner offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a pre-sales, solutions consultant, or technical account management role within an MSP or IT services provider.
  • Strong technical understanding of managed IT services, networking, cloud computing Microsoft 365, cybersecurity solutions, and transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience creating and delivering professional proposals and solution documentation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving business challenges through technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
