Responsibilities
Create and revise support content according to guidelines provided by the Content team
Responsible for the accurate preparation and delivery of content in the client's system (CS-Portal)
Regular communication with the client's technical contacts
Processing support documents (partly in English)
Requirements
At least 12 months of professional experience in technical communication
Ideally a degree in a technical or humanities field, or a comparable qualification
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Good English skills
Advanced user skills in MS Office
Experience working with Content Management Systems
