About the role

  • Key Account Manager developing strategies and managing key accounts for RoboPlanet in the robotics sector. Engage with customers, implement sales initiatives and present complex use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic expansion and management of key accounts across the entire sales process
  • Identification of business potential and implementation of customer-specific sales initiatives
  • On-site meetings, demonstrations & customer consultations
  • Design and development of concrete use cases for robotics solutions
  • Positioning our consulting approach “Value Engagement” with a focus on delivering customer value

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic sales or key account management of technical products with a strong technical affinity, ideally in the robotics/automation sector
  • Experience developing and presenting complex use cases
  • Strong customer focus and a confident manner during on-site customer interactions; high willingness to travel
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation level) and good command of English
