About the role

  • Account Manager managing customer relationships in the social and health sector with our ERP software. Driving new projects and ensuring customer satisfaction for ongoing clients in West Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for existing customers in the Western Germany region
  • Responsible for acquiring new business from long-standing clients
  • Conduct client presentations
  • Attend trade fairs and customer events
  • Serve as an internal and external point of contact for specialist/technical queries

Requirements

  • Experience in the social services sector
  • Demonstrable success in selling to existing customers, ideally with software solutions
  • Confidence and composure in negotiations and customer relationships
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and rhetorical eloquence
  • High IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset
