About the role

  • Account Manager advising existing customers in the Social and Healthcare sector. Responsible for project initiation and creating genuine added value.

Responsibilities

  • Providing consultative support to existing customers in western Germany
  • Responsible for acquiring new projects/orders from existing clients
  • Delivering presentations
  • Attending trade fairs and customer events
  • Acting as the point of contact for technical questions and maintaining regular communication with other functional areas

Requirements

  • Experience in the social services sector
  • Proven track record in account management / selling to existing customers
  • Confidence and poise
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their perspective
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and persuasive speaking skills
  • Strong IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset
