About the role

  • Account Manager managing client relationships and projects for creative campaigns. Overseeing project management and cross-functional team collaborations in Stuttgart and hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • You keep an overview in project management and provide our clients with comprehensive advice — strategic, collaborative and always focused on the relevant objectives and all touchpoints across digital and traditional channels.
  • You independently manage projects, coordinate interdisciplinary teams and work with them to develop integrated campaigns and creative communication solutions.
  • You conceptualize and orchestrate social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) — data-driven, creative and performance-oriented — and work closely with Creative, Strategy, Media & Digital.
  • You support the delivery of campaigns based on existing media plans and ensure they are implemented cleanly across all relevant channels and disciplines.
  • You are the central point of contact for clients and colleagues, bring structure to meetings and alignments, keep an eye on timelines and ensure everyone knows how the project is progressing.
  • In short: You get projects moving — and, together with the Hirschen team, you reliably lead them across the finish line.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management within an agency — ideally covering both traditional and digital campaigns.
  • Confident handling of project costing, schedules and external service providers to deliver projects efficiently and on time.
  • Client focus & advisory skills: You understand projects from the client’s perspective, provide competent advice and manage multiple accounts in parallel.
  • Digital and social media expertise: You know the mechanics of digital campaigns, especially social media formats, content strategies and data-driven communications.
  • Structure, reliability & proactivity: You work in an organized way, meet deadlines and proactively contribute new ideas.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent German and English for smooth national and international coordination.
