About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on recruiting technical roles for a growing VC-funded startup in Munich. Collaborating with hiring managers and enhancing talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, IT)
  • Close, trust-based and strategic collaboration with hiring managers as an equal partner
  • Actively shape and further develop the recruiting function as the second recruiter in the team
  • Contribute to strategic recruiting topics and projects (e.g., processes, tools, talent pipelines, hiring strategies)
  • Build sustainable structures to support future growth in the tech area
  • Support employer-branding activities and related projects as capacity allows

Requirements

  • Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
  • Strong interest in and genuine passion for people and talent topics
  • Team-oriented, collaborative working style with excellent communication and advisory skills
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
