About the role

  • Executive Talent Acquisition Partner leading complex executive searches across EMEA for Hitachi Energy. Navigating senior-level complexities and delivering exceptional leadership amidst rapid transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Personally lead multiple, complex executive search assignments across EMEA
  • Operate as a trusted partner to Senior Leaders and other senior stakeholders
  • Navigate conflicting stakeholder agendas and maintain momentum
  • Design and execute bespoke sourcing strategies for senior roles
  • Own the end‑to‑end executive recruitment lifecycle
  • Conduct rigorous executive assessments and provide evidence‑based recommendations
  • Use market intelligence to shape hiring decisions
  • Build and sustain a long‑term executive talent pipeline
  • Act as an ambassador for the Hitachi Energy leadership story
  • Continuously refine executive hiring approaches

Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering executive‑level recruitment across multiple EMEA countries
  • A strong background in executive search or retained agency work
  • Proven capability managing multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities
  • High resilience and the ability to stay effective in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • The confidence and credibility to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of EMEA executive labour markets
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
