Requirements
6+ years full-cycle in-house or a mix of in-house and agency recruiting experience for mid-to-senior level roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing
Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good judgment, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
Strong computer skills including MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
