About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on recruitment for office and warehouse positions in the Nordics. Collaborating with hiring managers and the People & Culture function to strengthen talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic partner and sounding board for leaders in hiring the right skillset and culture fit.
  • Manage recruitment processes from start to end.
  • Engage with both active & passive candidates to improve vacancy and long-term role pipelines/network.
  • Ensure a stellar candidate experience for all candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and People & Culture function.
  • Drive or participate in projects and Voi initiatives to support local or global Talent Acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment, preferably within the warehouse or blue-collar roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English AND Swedish
