Responsibilities
Strategic partner and sounding board for leaders in hiring the right skillset and culture fit.
Manage recruitment processes from start to end.
Engage with both active & passive candidates to improve vacancy and long-term role pipelines/network.
Ensure a stellar candidate experience for all candidates.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and People & Culture function.
Drive or participate in projects and Voi initiatives to support local or global Talent Acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment, preferably within the warehouse or blue-collar roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English AND Swedish
