About the role

  • Senior Account Manager creating relationships with customers in Germany for Vantage Towers. Developing sales strategies and supporting the growth of telecom infrastructure in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to support Vantage Towers Germany’s strategic business plan
  • You define and execute tailored sales strategies for assigned key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
  • You drive the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base
  • You collaborate cross-functionally and internationally to support group-wide initiatives and contribute to overarching business objectives
  • You manage existing framework agreements and ensure their continuous adaptation to evolving market dynamics
  • You contribute to product innovation by identifying customer-driven requirements and supporting the definition of new solutions
  • You prepare complex business cases and market analyses to support strategic decisions and long-term growth

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in key account management or strategic sales roles
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) at CEFR level C1 or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven expertise in managing and expanding complex business accounts, ideally within the telecommunications sector
