About the role

  • Trainee in Customer Experience & Operations at Vodafone, discovering various areas for 18-24 months and shaping the future service.

Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity over 18–24 months to explore different facets and areas of Vodafone.
  • In Customer Operations you will help shape the service of the future.
  • You will become an expert on the needs of customers in customer-facing environments.
  • You will learn the tools and techniques for the customer experience management of the future.

Requirements

  • Completed a Master's degree (or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of professional experience).
  • Business-fluent in German and English (C1 level according to the CEFR).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • You put customers and their needs first.
  • Commitment to processes and strategies that positively influence the customer experience.
