Lead the complete pre-sales process for wholesale customers — from requirements gathering and solution design to pricing and proposal delivery.
Coordinate client presentations, internal alignments and follow-up of implementation to ensure quality and timeliness.
Responsibilities
Professional responsible for the entire pre-sales cycle, from client approach in alignment with the commercial team, through project information gathering, solution sizing, quotation of the items that make up the offer, pricing, proposal preparation, internal approvals, presentation to the client, and handover and follow-up of implementation;
Lead project preparation activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality proposals on time;
Manage and coordinate special project requests for a portfolio of clients;
Assess financial feasibility, price, and prepare commercial proposals;
Work on-site with clients, presenting the portfolio, mapping requirements, clarifying doubts, and explaining projects;
Align with internal company areas, partners and suppliers to identify the best technical and commercial solution for each client;
Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposal), public tenders and client technical documentation for project preparation;
Prepare controls, documents and presentations according to the needs of each project and the pre-sales area;
Know and interact with the tools/platforms used in the segment;
Review and propose improvements to the area’s internal processes.
Requirements
Knowledge of Vivo’s digital portfolio and the wholesale market portfolio;
Advanced Wholesale Data portfolio;
Access and data transmission technologies (e.g., switches, VLANs, Ethernet, GPON, DWDM etc.);
IP addressing and main routing protocols, with emphasis on BGP;
Security concepts applied to ISPs and operators (e.g., SOC, DDoS, IDS etc.);
Experience in telecommunications networks;
Teamwork, collaborative mindset and initiative, taking responsibility and implementing ideas and improvements in the area’s daily work;
Financial knowledge for business plan evaluation (NPV, IRR, Payback, CAPEX, OPEX etc.);
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to synthesize information and logical reasoning;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in the wholesale market (providers and ISPs);
Preferred: university degree in Engineering and/or technical courses;
English is considered a plus.
