Technical Sales Analyst supporting OEM market opportunities while collaborating with internal teams and leading pricing proposals. Responsible for client engagement and ensuring proposal alignment in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
Support market mapping and identify opportunities with OEM customers to build a robust pipeline.
Guide and monitor Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure cadence, focus and consistency in prospecting.
Lead the preparation and review of commercial proposals for OEM clients, aligned with global strategy and sales policies.
Manage end-to-end follow-up with internal teams and customers to increase agility, quality and win rate.
Participate in and, when required, lead RFQ committees, ensuring internal alignment and consistent commercial information for decision-making.
Analyze competitor offerings to understand market positioning and key gaps.
Monitor product development and OEM approvals/certifications with technical teams and KAMs to ensure requirements alignment and up-to-date status.
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, standard routines and quality of delivery in the OEM commercial process.
Define and maintain governance for data, documents and workflows in tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, CRM, SPANCOP, etc.), ensuring accuracy, traceability and audit readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to the role;
Relevant experience in the area/function;
Experience supporting key accounts and/or OEMs;
Advanced English;
Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in sales/negotiation techniques;
Technical knowledge of the company's products;
Intermediate/advanced Power BI;
Knowledge of lubricants and their applications.
