Responsibilities
Review and update the company policies and procedures
Ensure the proper revision of all policy and procedure amendments and implement the necessary changes
Document the company operating processes to determine overall business needs and interactions with TCPR departments
Support the the company Legal & Compliance Department in statutory/regulatory research and process compliance testing
Apply business processes and analytical skills in a dynamic environment
Maintain up-to-date records of the company policies and procedures
Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (oral and written)
Support the Legal Manager and/or In-House Attorney & Compliance Manager with the company projects, as may be required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field
Previous experience in policy and procedure revision, business process analysis, and compliance research
Fluency in both Spanish and English, both oral and written
2-5 years of relevant / progressive work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business processes and compliance testing
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to meticulously revise and document policies and procedures
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Word, Excel)
Strong organizational abilities to keep the company policies and procedures up to date
