About the role
- Analyzing and updating company policies and compliance regulations in a dynamic environment. Fluency in Spanish and English required for effective communication with departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and update the company policies and procedures
- Ensure the proper revision of all policy and procedure amendments and implement the necessary changes
- Document the company operating processes to determine overall business needs and interactions with TCPR departments
- Support the the company Legal & Compliance Department in statutory/regulatory research and process compliance testing
- Apply business processes and analytical skills in a dynamic environment
- Maintain up-to-date records of the company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English (oral and written)
- Support the Legal Manager and/or In-House Attorney & Compliance Manager with the company projects, as may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field
- Previous experience in policy and procedure revision, business process analysis, and compliance research
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, both oral and written
- 2-5 years of relevant / progressive work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business processes and compliance testing
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to meticulously revise and document policies and procedures
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational abilities to keep the company policies and procedures up to date
