About the role

  • Lead and manage a sales team focused on B2B solutions at Vivo. Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and ensure team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your sales team;
  • Oversee and develop the team to achieve high performance with quality, revenue assurance, profitability (results-focused), and well-being;
  • Develop and manage short- and medium-term commercial strategies to ensure targets and KPIs are met;
  • Interface with internal departments to ensure alignment of company communication and strategy, acting as a facilitator for the team;
  • Track and report performance metrics and identify causes and effects related to target achievement;
  • Support negotiations and develop and maintain strategic commercial relationships at all hierarchical levels;
  • Ensure the team is trained to present Vivo's B2B portfolio;
  • Act as a guardian of Vivo's culture and brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Solid experience in sales management and leading teams;
  • Experience in the Telco/Technology market;
  • Strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives between commercial teams and IT, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and Marketing.
