  • Sales Coach improving performance of telecom sales agents through targeted coaching and feedback. Responsible for compliance, KPI tracking, and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and mentoring sales representatives through call monitoring, side-by-side sessions, and performance reviews
  • Identifying skill gaps and delivering targeted coaching to improve sales KPIs
  • Assisting staff with objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques
  • Collaborating with QA, team leaders, and operations to drive performance improvements
  • Tracking coaching progress and documenting action plans
  • Ensuring adherence to telecommunications regulations, scripts, and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a sales representative
  • Strong knowledge of outbound and inbound telephone sales
  • Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
  • Fluent German language skills
  • NPS and target sales figures for the last 3 months
