Requirements
Previous experience as a sales representative
Strong knowledge of outbound and inbound telephone sales
Excellent communication, feedback, and motivational skills
Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
Fluent German language skills
NPS and target sales figures for the last 3 months
