About the role

Responsibilities

  • Management of corporate travel with a focus on efficiency, cost savings, and internal customer experience;
  • Processing of requests outside policy, aligned with the responsible areas;
  • Review and update of the Travel Policy based on data and market best practices;
  • Issuance and control of mobility vouchers (e.g., Uber), ensuring traceability and efficient usage;
  • Preparation of reports by cost center and performance indicators;
  • Accruals and payments for travel expenses;
  • Optimization of operational processes to reduce errors and increase productivity;
  • Consultative support to internal clients, focusing on responsiveness and issue resolution;
  • Presentation of results and KPIs to partner areas and leadership.

Requirements

  • Studying for or holding a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields;
  • Experience in travel management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to manage data, make decisions, and resolve issues.
