Responsibilities

Issuance and control of mobility vouchers (e.g., Uber), ensuring traceability and efficient usage;
Preparation of reports by cost center and performance indicators;
Accruals and payments for travel expenses;
Optimization of operational processes to reduce errors and increase productivity;
Consultative support to internal clients, focusing on responsiveness and issue resolution;
Presentation of results and KPIs to partner areas and leadership.
Requirements
Studying for or holding a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields;
Experience in travel management;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to manage data, make decisions, and resolve issues.
