About the role

  • Senior Analyst preparing transfer pricing and business valuations for financial reporting within a dynamic tax services firm. Requires strong financial and analytical skills along with client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare transfer pricing reports and conduct business valuations for tax, financial reporting, and strategic purposes
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Perform highly technical analyses in the valuing of business enterprises and their securities
  • Draft and assist in the preparation of memos and reports
  • Research and review country-specific tax and transfer pricing regulations

Requirements

  • Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • At least four years of financial analyst related experience
  • Strong grasp of discounted cash flow and other valuation methods
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Access and PowerPI is a bonus
  • Knowledge of creating VB macros in MS Excel, MS Word or MS Access will be a plus
  • Experience with research databases such as CapitalIQ and other tools is preferred
