Responsibilities
Monitor KPIs using internal and external MI, identifying underperformance and supporting improvement strategies
Assist with budget planning, reforecasting, and development of business cases for operational and commercial changes
Deliver accurate MI reports and contribute to commercial presentations and performance reviews
Lead or support commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
Provide MI insights for supplier performance, driving improvements across the supply chain
Champion good customer outcomes by challenging processes that do not meet expectations and ensuring customer interests are central to decision-making
Uphold compliance with FCA regulations, complete mandatory training, and maintain role competence
Requirements
Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills with proficiency in SQL
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Microsoft Office tools
Skilled in data visualization using Excel and Power BI to communicate insights effectively
Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Commercially focused, results-driven, and adaptable within fast-paced, matrix environments
