About the role

  • Learning & Development Analyst developing and evaluating training programs for Business Markets at Vistra. Collaborating with various teams to enhance training effectiveness in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate quality training programs
  • Maintain online learning program to facilitate training programs
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and ROI of training programs
  • Complete all projects in a timely manner ahead of organizational deadlines
  • Work flexible hours to support training delivery

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Process and detail-oriented with knowledge of training processes
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft M365 Suite, Salesforce, and Adobe Tools
  • Ability to travel nationally up to 25% of the time.
