Responsibilities
Design and develop learning journeys and training materials based on input from subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
Create a variety of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, classroom training, and video-based content.
Manage the end-to-end development of learning initiatives, acting as project manager for technical and technology-driven training programs.
Identify learning needs early by engaging with stakeholders and asking the right questions to uncover gaps and opportunities.
Act as a didactic advisor to internal teams, ensuring learning solutions are effective, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with other academies and Global L&D teams to align learning strategies and share best practices.
Coordinate and manage the practical aspects of training delivery and continuous improvement of learning activities.
Requirements
Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing learning materials and training programmes.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate (or similar).
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator (or similar) is an advantage.
Experience working in technical or engineering-focused environments is beneficial.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Dutch is a benefit as well.
Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional organisations is an advantage.
