Responsibilities
responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs
deliver a combination of hands on, shop floor training and structured classroom instruction
partner closely with HR, Operations, Production Quality, EHS, Engineering, and various Leadership teams
design, revise, and maintain comprehensive training curricula
update training materials to reflect changes in technology, equipment, processes, quality standards, and regulatory or compliance requirements
deliver hands-on technical training in live production environments
collaborate with the Quality Management System (QMS) team to develop, approve, and ensure adherence to operating procedures
deliver engaging, structured classroom‑based training sessions
evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and operational metrics
assess current and future training needs based on job requirements, process changes, and performance data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related education field, or equivalent experience as a Site Training Engineer or Training Coordinator
Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering training in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience providing both hands-on technical training and classroom instruction
Experience developing, maintaining, and training to work instructions and standard work documentation
